Withdrawal from the contract (Return)
Pursuant to Article 27(1) of the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) Consumer
or An entrepreneur with consumer rights concluding a "distance contract" - has the right
withdraw from the contract without giving a reason - within 14 calendar days from the date of taking possession of the Product.
How to return a purchased product?
To return the purchased product and receive a refund of the amount paid, inform the Seller about your decision by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment to do so. Please let us know by email or phone if you need to return your order. We will send you a withdrawal form. We need this form to correctly withdraw the recorded payment for the ordered goods.
How to inform the Seller about the return?
The form of submitting the declaration may be any, but it is best to do it in writing. Below are two examples of options for informing the Seller about a return:
1. You can send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller's e-mail address: biuro@tdi-cad.pl. The seller will confirm receipt of your declaration. From this moment, you have 14 calendar days to return the Product covered by the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
2. You can send the declaration of withdrawal from the contract together with the Product and proof of purchase to the Seller's address: TDI-CAD Elżbieta Dedich, ul. Zbarska 2, 54-620 Wrocław.

Your right to withdraw from the contract is described in detail in §11 of the Store Regulations.
Properly protect the returned Products against damage during transport.
Include a copy of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract and proof of purchase in the package.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
Please remember that we do not accept cash on delivery.
You make the return at your own expense.
Pursuant to Art. 38(1) of the Act on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract in relation to contracts:
- in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated Product, manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs,
- in which the Consumer expressly requested the entrepreneur to come to him for urgent repair or maintenance; if the entrepreneur additionally provides services other than those requested by the Consumer, or supplies goods other than spare parts necessary for repair or maintenance, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in relation to additional services or goods,
- for the provision of services for which the Consumer is obliged to pay the price, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express and prior consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the entrepreneur has provided the service, he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract, and has accepted this to the news,
- in which the subject of the service are Products which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things,
- in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery,
- for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium for which the Consumer is obliged to pay the price, if the entrepreneur commenced the provision with the express and prior consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the provision that after the provision of the service by the entrepreneur, he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract, and took note of this, and the entrepreneur provided the Consumer with the confirmation referred to in Art. 15 section 1 and 2 or art. 21 section 1,
- for the provision of services for which the Consumer is obliged to pay a price, for which the Consumer has expressly requested the entrepreneur to come to him for repairs, and the service has already been fully performed with the express and prior consent of the consumer.
