As a customer, you have the opportunity to file a complaint regarding the title
warranty or non-compliance of the product with the contract.
How to file a warranty claim?
Complaints under the warranty should be addressed directly to the manufacturer of the purchased product. You will find its details in the warranty card.
How to file a complaint regarding product non-compliance with the contract?
In the event of non-compliance of the product with the concluded contract, as a customer you have the right to submit a complaint based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
You can submit a complaint in any form, but it is worth doing it in writing.
To streamline the complaint procedure, the Seller provides:

If you return the product to the Seller as part of a complaint, properly protect it against damage during transport. Include a copy of the complaint and proof of purchase in the package.
